First Line Therapy Advice
Our goals are: to drink more water, to stay out of enclosed areas and strive for fresh or open air, to try putting lotion on pre-shower or bath for deeper hydration( everyone is amazed how well this works when they try it), to have a kettle on the stove for steam or have the shower run for steam when you are in the accordant rooms, to eat more green vegetables, to drink no caffeine, to replenish fluids when exercising and to use more oils when cooking or on the body & hair. All of these techniques help us to be more hydrated and take some charge of our health. Plus your skin will look and feel better!
