From the East via route 7:  Traveling east on Rt. 7/E. Market Street enter Leesburg.  At the traffic light intersection of Catoctin Circle and Market Street (Johnson’s House of Beef will be on the left) make a right at the light.  Travel past the shopping center until you come to 4 way stop.  Make a left at the stop onto Edwards Ferry Road.  Travel on Edwards Ferry Road, passing Colonial Funeral Home on your left continue on Edwards Ferry Road on the right you will find a series of town homes/office suites called Colonial Square.  Turn right into Colonial Square and we are located in 116-Q with the Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice.

From the East via the Dulles Toll Road/Greenway:  As you approach the Leesburg exit get into the left lane.  Exit down onto the Rt. 7/15 bypass towards the west.  At the bottom of the exit stay in the exit lane and take the first Leesburg exit onto King Street.  Pass the Food Lion on the right, (1^st traffic light) cross over Catoctin Circle at the next traffic light, pass the Safeway on your left (3^rd traffic light) continue through the residential section of Leesburg.  At the top of the hill continue through the light at Loudoun Street and at the next traffic light (5^th) you will make a right onto Market Street.  As you make that right the Court House will be on your left, at the top of the hill you will merge to the left onto Edwards Ferry Road.  At the bottom of the hill you will see a series of town homes/office suites called Colonial Square, make a left into that complex and we are located in 116-Q with the Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice.

From the West via route 7:  Take the first Leesburg exit Rt. 7.  Travel through the traffic light passing over Catoctin Circle.  At the fork in the road stay to the left, which is Market Street.  Travel through the light at King Street, the Court House will be on your left at the top of the hill you will merge to the left onto Edwards Ferry Road.  At the bottom of the hill you will see a series of town homes/office suites called Colonial Square, make a left into that complex and we are located in 116-Q with the Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice.

From the North via route 15:  Travel south on 15^th until you see Kohl’s on your left and Walmart on your right.  Take a right onto Edward’s Ferry Road at that light.  Travel along Edwards Ferry Road, through traffic lights and two stop signs.  Pass Colonial Funeral Home on your left continue on Edwards Ferry Road on the right you will find a series of town homes/office suites called Colonial Square.  Turn right into Colonial Square and we are located in 116-Q with the Leesburg/Sterling Family Practice.
