The IFMC Personal Training Program, involves a unique approach to One-on-One Personal Training by using the most progressive and functional ideas and exercises in the fitness industry. This program will encompass a variety of styles, movements and equipment while personalizing each clientís exercise prescription based upon individual goals.
Whether your goals are to lose weight, increase strength and tone, improve cardiovascular endurance, sport specific, to prevent and/or rehab an injury, postpone osteoporosis, womenís pelvic floor rehabilitation, pre and post natal, and/or to improve your overall general health our program specifically caters a fitness program just for you!
During your initial personal training sessions you will receive a postural assessment where the trainer will look at your standing and active (moving) posture. IN assessing posture in various positions and movements we can more accurately prescribe the flexibility and exercise program to fit your body! Our bodies are designed to move and a lot of modern day work involves a combination of sitting at a desk, driving a car, talking on the phone, reading a book, staring at a computer, and basically just sitting! Modern technology has weakened our bodyís core strength, ability to support a good body posture, and the ease in which we should move in different directions. With the personal training sessions we will re-teach your mind and body while strengthening your core and good body posture to allow you to move at ease!
Our dynamic, fun, and goal-oriented workouts combine flexibility, core stability, resistance training, functional movements, and strength workouts to individually set you up to succeed! The many benefits of this training program include increasing lean body mass, increasing bone density, increasing metabolic and cardiovascular efficiency, and decreasing body fat.
While being fun and energetic each One-on-One personal training session will be efficient and effective in reaching any individualís goals. While exhibiting efficiency the trainer will get to the heart of your goals and you will be given a style and exercise prescription to create improvement! Effectiveness will be shown by reaching your short and long term goals. We, like each of our clients, want to see a positive initial improvement in mood and performance. As the client progresses with workouts and consistency we are anxious to motivate you to your long term goal of success!
