Thank you for considering us for your medical needs. We are always gladly accepting new patients, but we do not participate with any insurances. To help you understand insurance considerations pleae read the following: our patients pay directly to us at the time of visit. Then ,submit on their own a copy of the superbill ( the actual receipt received at the front desk at checkout) along with a front and back copy of their insurance card for reimbursement.
If you would like to have an idea as to what your insurance may reimburse you-ask the following question to your insurance program: "what is going to be my reimbursement rate ,when I see a non-participating provider ,and the initial visit has a procedure code of 99205 and cost of $320.00?"
